Colorado's Premier Private Investigation Services

What do you do when you ask yourself, is my partner cheating on me?

That’s a difficult question to answer and one that Galloway Investigations strives to help you answer. In the industry of investigations we oftentimes operate on the phrase, assume nothing, and question everything. It’s our goal for every investigation to determine insights to help our clients make the right decision about a course of action. Because infidelity can be measured in several ways it’s difficult to determine what the actual numbers are but some figures have concluded that the likelihood of infidelity increases with age at a rate of 20% in comparison to below 15% under the age of 55 years old.

While the numbers don’t reflect the reality of your situation, they do paint a picture of how common it actually can be. Integrity is harder and harder to come by these days with the development of technology and the way that the economy has been shaped over the years. Managing a divorce can be difficult on its own, but along with infidelity, it can be a recipe for disaster in our client’s sense of well-being. Maybe you’re just suspicious, or maybe you know for a fact that your trust is being absconded. Regardless, it’s important to know the facts so that you can feel more confident in yourself and the direction your relationship is going.

Although, in the state of Colorado, infidelity does play a lesser role in the determination of splitting assets and alimony, it can affect the outcome of a divorce proceeding. For example, in some cases, cheating spouses use what’s yours to conduct their affairs. Spending your money, using your assets, and taking advantage of your trust drives our investigators to get to the bottom of your suspicions. Whether or not you are looking for peace of mind and clarity or actionable evidence to use towards resolution. Our investigators will passionately work with you to uncover evidence objectively, openly, and honestly.

Here are a couple of ways to indicate the need for further investigation. Ask yourself the following questions objectively and with fairness. Keep in mind that these questions are not indicative of guilt and should only be used as a metric to determine if your suspicions deserve further investigation.

Has your partner’s methods for communication changed significantly as a result of something out of your control?

Has your partner’s daily life become more secretive?

Is their routine, chaotic and unpredictable?

Have your collective funds taken a toll since you started becoming suspicious?

If any of these questions are determined to have a significant impact and further your suspicion then it would be our recommendation at Galloway Investigations that you take these suspicions and concerns directly to your partner. Try and talk them through, get clarification, and maybe a little more understanding of these changes. There’s no guaranteed way to determine if someone has been unfaithful without direct evidence.

If you are still unsatisfied and or know that your partner is cheating contact us for a free consultation and we will do what we can to help you gather the evidence you need to make informed decisions.
